RACE REPORT (18th January 2015)

UEA rider Bradley Nelson has provided us with his report from Round 17 of the Eastern Region Cyclocross. This can be found, along with some images in the reports section of the website. 

 

UEA ON CYCLOCROSS SHORTLIST (6th January 2015)

UEA has been shortlisted as a host location for the newly forming summer cyclocross league in East Anglia. The club already host a round of the 5by3 mountain bike series, so this would be the second event to be ran under the UEA Cycling Club banner. Keep posted for updates.

 

WEBSITE UPDATE (6th January 2015)

Over the last few days, there have been a few tweaks made to the website. These include a section dedicated to the companies and charities involved with UEA Cycling Club, a video footage archive from our races to date and an exclusive area for our current members know as 'the riders lounge'. 

 

HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR (1st January 2015)

UEA Cycling Club would like to wish all members, new and old, a happy Christmas and New Year. We hope you all received plenty of cycling related gifts and enjoyed plenty of festive riding. 

 

LATEST RACE REPORT ADDED (30th November 2014)

UEA rider, Leo Boswell has provided us with a short report from Sunday's Eastern Cross round 14 from Frtton Lake - We also have some video footage that we are working on adding to the report, but in the meantime, you can hear what Leo had to say about his weekends racing in the race reports section of the website.

 

Leo finished in 15 place overall (12th in the Senior Category), whilst our other rider Bradley Nelson had to retire from the round after 40 minutes with a back problem.

 

The pair will be back in action in a fortnights time at Broome Heath for round 15.

Welcome to our brand new, UEA Cycling Club website. Here, you will be able to find out our latest ride timetable, read race reports and catch up on any other UEA Cycling Club related issues. 

 

We are still in the early development stages of this website, so please hang in there with us, if things aren't quite perfect just yet... we are working on it!
